Le Domaine de la Geneste

Nestled in the regional natural park of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse, in a 23-hectare park,

Domaine de la Geneste offers for privatization:

• The 3 lounges of its castle
• its bedrooms within its lodges

All the buildings date back to 1857, located just 30 minutes from Paris.

The three salons of the castle are at your disposal for your company seminars. It is also possible to settle around the large table in the tower or in the loft living room to work away from the rest of the group. In good weather, enjoy the outdoors in the heart of this lush domain.

Descriptions of the bedrooms within our lodges:

The Tower

Built at the entrance of the Domaine de la Geneste,

probably constructed at the same time as the castle.

It has three floors, with pointed or arched windows and a crenelated flat roof.

This tower, inspired by medieval architecture, is attributed to Eugène Petit.

On 160 m², across three levels:

It consists of:

- 4 bedrooms (32, 13, 13, 17 m²) with bathrooms and toilets

- a living area of 55 m² on the top floor, with a fully equipped American kitchen, TV, and Wi-Fi

The Stable Loft

On 150 m², on one level, on the first floor:

It consists of:

- 6 bedrooms (28, 14, 12, 11, 11, 10 m²) with bathrooms and toilets

- a living area of 35 m² with a fully equipped American kitchen, TV, and Wi-Fi

The Stable House

On 80 m², over three levels:

You will have

A living room equipped:

A kitchen, a lounge area with Wi-Fi connection

On the upper floors:

3 bedrooms (11, 15, 20 m²), one bathroom/WC

The Chapel

Within the old chapel of the Domaine, on 23 m², the chapel loft consists of:

A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a double bed on the mezzanine, with Wi-Fi access.

The Shepherd's Studio

This consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and Wi-Fi access.

The lodges are equipped with kitchens. You will find local shops in the nearby village (3 km away), and it is possible to have groceries delivered on-site during your stay.

Around the horses of the Geneste Stables:

                         Initiation to Freedom

           The activity begins with some theory, to better understand the horse. Its reactions and the

           objectives that will be requested once on the ground     

                            Then starts work on foot with a horse at liberty. Through several exercises we will reveal the

                                                           incredible abilities of the horse                                                

          Everyone will learn to use their body language to communicate with the animal.
